The rate calculator and rate quote tools on this website are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results generated by these tools:

  • Are estimates based on the information you provide and current market conditions
  • Do not constitute a loan offer, commitment to lend, or rate lock
  • May differ from actual rates available at the time of application or rate lock
  • Do not account for all possible fees, charges, or closing costs

To receive a formal rate lock and accurate Loan Estimate disclosure, you must complete a full loan application.

Not a Loan Application

Using the rate calculator or creating an account on this website does not constitute a loan application under Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act) or Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act). A loan application is not considered received until you have provided: your name, income, Social Security number, property address, estimated property value, and the desired loan amount.

APR Disclosure

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) figures shown on the rate results page are estimates that include the interest rate plus estimated lender fees and discount points. Actual APR will be disclosed on your official Loan Estimate within three business days of receiving your completed loan application, as required by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA/Regulation Z).

Right of Rescission (Refinance Transactions)

For refinance transactions on your primary residence, you have a 3-business-day right to cancel (rescind) the transaction after closing, as required by the Truth in Lending Act (TILA/Regulation Z). Your lender will provide the required rescission notice at closing. This right does not apply to purchase transactions.

By creating an account or submitting a loan application through this website, you consent to receive documents, disclosures, and communications electronically in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act). You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
